How It Works

   Mid-crown pro design, fabric/perforation preference, closure type (if applicable), and color direction.
2. Send Your Logo
   Vector is best (AI/PDF/SVG). High-res PNG works for quoting.
3. Approve the Proof
   You’ll see placement, sizing, and thread/patch callouts.
4. Production + Delivery
   We produce, QC, and ship — with updates at each step.

We build hats using performance-focused textiles and proven components so the hat holds shape, stays comfortable, and wears clean over time.

Performance Fabric Range

• Stretch blends typically in the range of 85% Poly / 15% Spandex to 95% Poly / 5% Spandex
• Designed for structure + comfort with a modern athletic feel

Core Construction Elements

• Crown Fabric: Performance woven/knit options used for structured mid-crown builds
• Brim (Top + Under Brim): Coordinated performance fabric options for a clean two-tone or matched look
• Sweatband: Soft performance blend (poly/spandex options) for comfort and moisture management
• Button: Color-matched fabric button available for a finished look
• Ventilation: Perforation patterns available with 1.2mm–2.0mm hole sizes (varies by style)

             A: Yes, our minimum is 100 pieces.    100 hats with 4 embroidered 

sides runs $20.50 per hat.

• A: Yes — common perforation ranges are 1.2mm to 2.0mm, depending on the panel and style.
• Q: What file format do you need for the logo? 

A: PDF/AI/SVG/PNG is best.

           A: Yes — we’ll align materials and

              thread/patch colors on your proof.

• Q: Do you offer samples? 

        A: Yes. We first start off with a   

        sample that you approve before  production.
